Quality America, Inc. was founded in Washington, DC, in 1990, by Dr. Sheila Dunn, company president and CEO. At that time, the company's mission was to help physician offices comply with new federal lab regulations. In 1992, the company expanded to include OSHA Compliance Products and services. Quality America, Inc. moved to Western North Carolina in 1996.

The company provides products and services designed to meet the needs of health care providers and businesses across the country.
